LARGEST DESALINATION PLANTS ON EARTH

C/M & Alliance partners intend to Upscale desalination & Ocean cycles beyond current levels far beyond the largest plants on Earth to being Hydrogen access & Emergency water levels with an accumulative de-evaporation effect effoet integrating woth Emissions Capture internationally meeting geid demands to preserve biological life under Earths atmosphere 

The largest water desalination production complex in the world is the Shoaiba Power and Desalination Plant in Saudi Arabia, followed by the Ras Al-Khair Power and Desalination Plant and the Al-Jubail plant. Together, these massive Middle Eastern facilities set global records for daily fresh water output from the sea. 

Facility Details

Shoaiba Complex (Saudi Arabia): Located on the Red Sea coast, it produces an immense 2,998,000 cubic meters of desalinated water per day across a cluster of 8 individual units managed by the Saline Water Conversion Corporation. 

Ras Al-Khair (Saudi Arabia): Located on the eastern coast, it functions as the world's largest specific hybrid desalination and power facility, supplying millions of people inland with drinking water.

High Seas (Beyond 200 miles): True international waters where no country has ownership. 

Rules and Crimes on the High Seas

Flag State Law: A boat in international waters must obey the laws of the country whose flag it flies. If a country allows certain activities (like gambling) on its registered ships, those acts are legal.

Universal Crimes: All countries have the power to stop and punish crimes like piracy, human trafficking, slave trading, and unauthorized broadcasting anywhere on the high seas. 

Shared Protections: New global agreements, like the Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ) treaty, help protect sea life and stop illegal fishing in these open areas.
